Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with complex shipping scenarios, demanding precise control over rates and conditions, and prioritizing a customized checkout experience, Intuitive Shipping is the clear choice. Its robust feature set and human support are invaluable for businesses with intricate shipping needs. However, if the primary goal is simply to display accurate and customizable estimated delivery dates to improve customer confidence and reduce cart abandonment, OC Estimated Delivery Date offers a simpler and more focused solution. Its ease of use and specific feature set make it a good option for stores that don't require the comprehensive shipping management capabilities of Intuitive Shipping. The significant difference in review count suggests Intuitive Shipping has a much larger user base, indicating broader adoption and potentially more community resources available.
