If your primary concern is offering precise and customized shipping rates based on complex rules and you require hands-on support, Intuitive Shipping is the better choice. It's ideal for businesses that have outgrown basic Shopify shipping and need robust control over their shipping costs and presentation. However, if your focus is on proactively managing customer expectations regarding delivery times, reducing 'Where Is My Order?' inquiries, and enhancing the post-purchase experience through clear ETAs, SB Estimated Delivery Date ETA is the superior option. The 'no-code' aspect also makes it more accessible for merchants who want a quicker setup.
