Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants with complex shipping requirements who need granular control over rates, conditions, and branding at checkout, Intuitive Shipping is the superior choice. Its 5-star rating and high number of reviews, coupled with its comprehensive feature set and dedicated onboarding, suggest a reliable and effective solution.
Shiprocket Promise is a better fit for merchants primarily concerned with improving conversion rates by providing accurate delivery estimates and building customer trust through badges. While its rating is lower and reviews are fewer, its specific focus on EDD optimization, especially for stores with multiple warehouses, makes it a valuable tool for that particular need.
