Our Verdict
Based on available data, Intuitive Shipping is the clear winner for merchants needing advanced shipping rate customization and personalized support to manage complex scenarios. The overwhelming positive reviews and the focus on granular control indicate a higher level of satisfaction and functionality for businesses with demanding shipping requirements.
Zipnova ‑ Envíos may be suitable for very small businesses or those just starting out who are looking for a straightforward shipping solution, especially if they intend to use pre-negotiated carrier contracts or manage their own delivery fleet. However, the significantly lower rating and review count suggest potential drawbacks or limitations that merchants should carefully consider before committing to this app. For most Shopify merchants with even moderately complex shipping needs, Intuitive Shipping appears to be the better choice.
