Our Verdict
If you're a merchant with a larger operation needing to process invoices in bulk or require POS integration, Invoice Hero PDF is likely the better choice due to its emphasis on these features. However, if you are a smaller merchant or someone who values user-friendliness and readily available support, Softify: Easy Invoice+ stands out with its drag-and-drop designer and focus on helpful support. While Softify has a slightly higher rating, the lower number of reviews compared to Invoice Hero suggests a smaller, perhaps newer, user base.
