iThink Logistics vs Track123 Order Trackingfor Shopify (2026)
iThink Logistics and Track123 Order Tracking are both Shopify apps in the Shipping category, but they target different aspects of the post-purchase experience. iThink Logistics positions itself as a comprehensive shipping solution, particularly for businesses operating in and out of India, offering features like intelligent courier recommendations and automated shipping. Track123, on the other hand, focuses on order tracking and enhancing the customer experience through branded tracking pages and automated updates, aiming to reduce WISMO (Where Is My Order) inquiries and drive repeat sales. The primary difference lies in their scope. iThink Logistics appears to be a more complete shipping platform, handling courier selection and shipping logistics. Track123 emphasizes post-purchase communication and brand building through tracking pages and notifications. While both aim to improve the customer experience, iThink Logistics focuses on the shipping process itself, while Track123 focuses on the customer's perception of that process after the order has been placed. The review count disparity strongly suggests Track123 has a larger, more established user base. The slightly higher rating for Track123 also suggests a higher overall satisfaction. However, iThink Logistics might offer capabilities not available in Track123, specifically regarding domestic India logistics.

Our Verdict
For e-commerce businesses specifically focused on shipping within and from India, and in need of courier recommendations and automated shipping solutions, iThink Logistics seems like the more suitable option, especially with its focus on NDR actions and features like same-day/next-day delivery within India. However, the relatively low number of reviews should be considered. For businesses prioritizing a better post-purchase experience, reducing WISMO tickets, and improving customer engagement through branded tracking, Track123 Order Tracking is the stronger choice. Its higher rating and significantly larger review count suggest a more robust and widely accepted solution, and its integrations with Klaviyo and Paypal are valuable for many merchants.
Ultimately, the best choice depends on the merchant's specific needs. If shipping logistics and optimization within India are paramount, iThink Logistics is worth exploring. If the focus is on enhancing the customer experience and building brand loyalty through better order tracking, Track123 is the clear winner.
