iThink Logistics vs Zasilkovna • Packeta connectfor Shopify (2026)
iThink Logistics and Zasilkovna • Packeta connect are both Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Shopify apps, but they cater to distinctly different markets and offer contrasting features. iThink Logistics positions itself as a comprehensive, global shipping solution, particularly emphasizing the Indian market with its support for over 29,000 domestic pin codes. It aims to reduce returns and boost sales through intelligent courier recommendations, automated shipping solutions, and customer engagement features like WhatsApp order confirmation. Zasilkovna • Packeta connect, on the other hand, focuses on providing a convenient pickup point network within the Czech Republic and the EU, integrating directly with Packeta and its partners. The core difference lies in their approach to logistics. iThink Logistics handles the entire shipping process, offering features aimed at optimizing delivery and customer communication. Zasilkovna • Packeta connect simplifies the integration of a specific delivery network (Packeta and its partners) into the Shopify store, focusing on providing convenient pickup options for customers. One app seeks to be the full shipping management platform, the other, a specific shipping network enabler, streamlining order fulfillment through their partner network. The feature lists reveal completely different functionalities. iThink Logistics focuses on Courier recommendation, shipping solutions, branded tracking, and non-delivery report actions, which point towards a merchant shipping to multiple countries/regions, and possibly managing international shipping. The features of Zasilkovna point towards a European merchant, using Packeta, FoxPost, Paczkomaty, Hermes, Sameday, Royal Mail, Express One, BoxNow, etc.

Our Verdict
The choice between iThink Logistics and Zasilkovna • Packeta connect depends entirely on the merchant's geographical focus and shipping requirements. If a merchant primarily ships within the Czech Republic and the EU and wants to offer customers convenient pickup point options through the Packeta network, Zasilkovna • Packeta connect is the clear winner. Its focus on simple integration and management of pickup points makes it ideal for this specific scenario.
However, if a merchant needs a comprehensive shipping solution, especially for reaching customers in India or other global locations, iThink Logistics is the better choice. Its intelligent courier recommendations, automated shipping solutions, and features like custom branded tracking and NDRAction provide a more robust and customizable shipping experience. While iThink Logistics has slightly fewer reviews and a slightly lower rating, it aims at being a complete, full shipping stack for a merchant, allowing merchants to scale.
