IzyMaps: Google Maps Locator vs Locations So Superfor Shopify (2026)
IzyMaps: Google Maps Locator and Locations So Super are both Shopify apps designed to integrate store location features into online stores, but they cater to different needs and technical skill levels. IzyMaps positions itself as a simple, straightforward solution for merchants wanting a basic Google Maps integration to display store locations. It emphasizes ease of use and customizable styling options for a clean, elegant look. Locations So Super, on the other hand, is a more robust and feature-rich app aimed at merchants who require advanced customization, SEO optimization for their locations, and multi-language support. The key difference lies in the level of customization and SEO capabilities. Locations So Super boasts SEO landing pages, custom fields, Liquid access, and an analytics dashboard, providing extensive control over the store locator experience and its impact on search engine rankings. While IzyMaps offers basic styling customization, it lacks the depth of SEO and advanced features present in Locations So Super. This difference in functionality makes Locations So Super a better fit for larger businesses or those prioritizing SEO, while IzyMaps is suitable for smaller businesses or those needing a simple, quickly implementable solution.
