Our Verdict
Merchants seeking to build a comprehensive, long-term loyalty program with features like digital loyalty cards, referral systems, and POS integration should opt for JeriCommerce ‑ Loyalty Cards. Its focus on retention, LTV, and repeat purchases makes it ideal for businesses aiming to cultivate loyal customer relationships. The integration with Shopify Flow, Klaviyo, and POS indicates a more robust feature set tailored to a holistic approach to loyalty marketing.
Conversely, RocketPush: WhatsApp, Web Push is better suited for merchants prioritizing immediate customer engagement and transactional communication. If a merchant's primary goal is to send timely notifications, recover abandoned carts, or communicate updates directly via WhatsApp and web push, RocketPush is likely the more appropriate choice. Lacking detailed feature information for RocketPush, it’s reasonable to assume it excels in immediacy and direct communication, catering to merchants requiring quick engagement rather than a structured loyalty program.
