JeriCommerce ‑ Loyalty Cards vs Swish (formerly Wishlist King)for Shopify (2026)
JeriCommerce ‑ Loyalty Cards and Swish (formerly Wishlist King) both aim to enhance customer engagement and loyalty on Shopify, but they approach it from different angles. JeriCommerce focuses on building a comprehensive loyalty card program, emphasizing mobile wallet integration, points systems, referral programs, and POS functionality for an omnichannel experience. Their main strength lies in providing a robust, platform-agnostic loyalty card solution for retaining customers. Swish (formerly Wishlist King), on the other hand, centers around wishlists as a tool for customer engagement and conversion. It enables customers to save desired products and receive personalized notifications, driving sales at the optimal moment. JeriCommerce targets merchants seeking to implement or improve a full-fledged loyalty program, especially those with brick-and-mortar stores. The mobile wallet integrations and POS features indicate a desire to support both online and in-person shopping experiences. Swish appeals to a broader audience, including merchants seeking to increase customer engagement and conversion by allowing them to capture interest through wishlists. Their strength lies in the free setup and customisation and seamless integration with many apps. While Swish offers some automated notifications to wishlist users, it doesn't have a full loyalty program like JeriCommerce. The difference between the two is that JeriCommerce seems better for brands looking for complete loyalty programs, whereas Swish benefits brands needing to increase conversion and personalize user experiences.

Our Verdict
JeriCommerce is a better choice for businesses actively seeking a complete loyalty program with mobile wallet and POS integrations. If you need an omnichannel loyalty card experience with automated points, referrals and coupons then JeriCommerce is a better option. On the other hand, Swish is ideal for stores aiming to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and wishlist tracking, especially if you require a seamless integration with your store's theme. It's the better option if your focus is on understanding what products customers desire and driving them to purchase those items.
Given the significantly higher number of reviews for Swish, it might indicate a more established user base and wider adoption, which can be a factor in choosing an app. JeriCommerce, while promising, has limited data to evaluate real-world performance, therefore a merchant should carefully consider their needs before making a choice.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Swish offers free setup and customization, making it potentially easier, especially for less technical users. JeriCommerce emphasizes plug-and-play features, suggesting a simple setup, but the lack of reviews makes it harder to confirm ease of use.
Which app is better for in-store sales?
JeriCommerce clearly wins here due to its POS integration. Swish doesn't explicitly mention POS capabilities.
Which app offers better analytics?
Swish highlights advanced analytics and wishlist curation. JeriCommerce doesn't specify the depth of its analytics beyond tracking referral rewards.
Which app is more focused on mobile?
JeriCommerce has a strong mobile focus via Apple and Google Wallet passes and location-based notifications, while Swish does not explicitly focus on mobile capabilities.
Does either app require customers to download a separate app?
JeriCommerce states that 'no app needed' as customers can access their loyalty cards via Apple or Google Wallet. Swish does not require customers to download a separate app as it integrates into your store.
