JOIN Stories vs Mulwi | 200+ Shopping Feedsfor Shopify (2026)
JOIN Stories and Mulwi | 200+ Shopping Feeds, while both earning a perfect 5/5 rating, cater to vastly different needs within the Shopify ecosystem. JOIN Stories focuses on enhancing brand storytelling and engagement through the creation of immersive, mobile-first web stories directly on a merchant's website. Its strength lies in providing a visually appealing and interactive way to showcase products and content, aiming to captivate visitors and drive conversions via an engaging format. Mulwi, on the other hand, concentrates on maximizing product visibility across a broad range of online channels. With its claim of supporting over 200 shopping feeds, its core function is to streamline product data dissemination to various marketplaces and advertising platforms. The significant difference lies in the reviews: Mulwi has 436 reviews, while JOIN Stories has 1. This highlights Mulwi's established user base and potentially a larger sample size representing user experiences and the reliability of the application. The apps have similar categories but solve different marketing problems. The choice between the two hinges on a merchant's marketing strategy. If the goal is to create richer, more immersive brand experiences directly on the website and prioritize visual storytelling, JOIN Stories might be a better fit. Alternatively, if the focus is on expanding product reach and simplifying product data management across multiple external sales channels, Mulwi emerges as the more logical option.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants aiming to enhance on-site customer engagement and build a strong brand narrative through visually appealing stories, JOIN Stories presents a compelling, if newer, option. The 'few clicks' claim for story creation suggests ease of use, and the ability to add products directly to stories offers a direct route to conversion. However, the low review count warrants careful consideration and potentially a trial period to ensure it meets specific needs and expectations.
In contrast, Mulwi | 200+ Shopping Feeds is the clear choice for merchants focused on maximizing product visibility across a wide spectrum of online sales channels. Its strength lies in automating and streamlining the process of distributing product data to numerous marketplaces and advertising platforms, saving time and effort while potentially driving significant sales volume. The high number of positive reviews suggests a reliable and effective solution for product feed management. The large number of reviews makes it a clear winner for established merchants.
Common Questions
Which app is better for improving website SEO?
Mulwi helps products appear on various shopping engines, improving visibility and indirectly contributing to SEO. JOIN Stories can improve time-on-site and reduce bounce rate, also indirectly contributing to SEO.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
JOIN Stories claims to allow story creation in 'a few clicks,' suggesting potentially simpler initial setup. However, Mulwi, despite its complexity, may have well-documented onboarding to manage the initial process of feed management.
Which app is more likely to drive immediate sales?
Mulwi, by listing products on multiple sales channels, likely facilitates immediate sales, however JOIN Stories is designed to convert the users already on your store. The data does not give a definitive answer.
Which app offers better reporting and analytics?
JOIN Stories offers performance analysis, allowing users to track the effectiveness of their stories. Mulwi's capabilities are not listed so analysis would have to come from the feed platforms.
Which app is more suitable for small businesses with limited marketing resources?
This depends on the business's priorities. If on-site brand building is crucial and the business has limited resources for content creation, JOIN Stories might be a good starting point. If the business needs to quickly expand product reach without dedicated marketing efforts, Mulwi is likely a better choice.
