Jotly Size Charts & Size Guide vs Octosell: AI Chatbot as Popupfor Shopify (2026)
Jotly Size Charts & Size Guide and Octosell: AI Chatbot as Popup address fundamentally different needs for Shopify merchants. Jotly focuses on reducing returns and improving the customer experience by providing comprehensive and customizable size charts. Its strength lies in its granular control over size chart design and placement, multilingual support, and integrations for specific product attributes. This app is geared towards merchants selling apparel, shoes, or other items where sizing is a critical factor in purchase decisions. Octosell: AI Chatbot as Popup, on the other hand, appears to focus on product comparison, as they share the same Shopify category. However, the limited data suggests a very new application with only 5 reviews, with little information on features. This app seems to aim at potentially helping shoppers find what they're looking for by comparing options, and the focus is on using an AI-powered chatbot as a popup.

Our Verdict
Jotly Size Charts & Size Guide is the clear choice for merchants struggling with size-related returns or wanting to improve the shopping experience for customers who need sizing information. The app provides a comprehensive solution for creating and displaying size charts, with granular control over design and placement. Octosell: AI Chatbot as Popup, given the limited information, is more difficult to assess. Its value depends entirely on the effectiveness of its AI chatbot as popup, but the small number of reviews is a deterrent. Merchants interested in product comparison features might explore Octosell further, but should prioritize apps with more established track records and detailed feature descriptions.
