Jotly Size Charts & Size Guide vs SnapSize ‑ Snap, Pick and Buyfor Shopify (2026)
Jotly Size Charts & Size Guide and SnapSize ‑ Snap, Pick and Buy represent vastly different approaches to solving the problem of incorrect sizing in online apparel retail. Jotly focuses on providing merchants with the tools to create comprehensive and customizable size charts and guides, leveraging traditional methods of tables, images, and measurements. Its core strength lies in its configurability and support for diverse product types and international markets. The target audience is merchants seeking a proven and readily implementable solution to reduce returns caused by sizing issues. SnapSize, on the other hand, proposes a more innovative, albeit unproven, solution centered around visual comparison. SnapSize's strength lies in its potential to revolutionize how customers find their size, offering a 'game-changing' shift from reliance on charts.

Our Verdict
Jotly Size Charts & Size Guide is the clear choice for merchants who need a reliable and easy-to-implement solution to create detailed size charts. The positive reviews and comprehensive feature set make it a low-risk option. It's best suited for businesses that prioritize established methods and want full control over the presentation of size information. SnapSize ‑ Snap, Pick and Buy, while potentially groundbreaking, presents a higher risk due to the lack of reviews and its reliance on customer adoption of the virtual wardrobe feature. It might be a worthwhile experiment for larger merchants willing to invest in innovative technologies, but smaller businesses are better served by Jotly.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Jotly Size Charts & Size Guide is likely easier to set up due to its template-based approach and familiar size chart format. SnapSize requires customers to input their clothing, potentially creating a barrier to entry.
Which app is more likely to reduce returns?
Both apps aim to reduce returns, but Jotly's effectiveness is based on providing clear and accurate size information, while SnapSize relies on customers' ability to build and maintain their virtual wardrobe and the accuracy of retailer's garment specs in the system.
Which app is better for international sales?
Jotly is explicitly designed for international sales with its multi-language support. SnapSize's suitability for international sales is unclear, as it depends on the availability of clothing items from different regions in customers' virtual wardrobes and within the retailers' systems.
Which app is more suitable for small businesses with limited resources?
Jotly Size Charts & Size Guide is better suited for small businesses due to its ease of use, readily available support, and proven track record. SnapSize requires customer adoption and may involve a steeper learning curve.
