Jotly Size Charts & Size Guide vs UpMagic AI Virtual Try Onfor Shopify (2026)
Jotly Size Charts & Size Guide and UpMagic AI Virtual Try On both aim to improve the customer experience and reduce returns, but they address fundamentally different problems. Jotly focuses on providing accurate size information, mitigating returns caused by incorrect sizing. Its strength lies in customizable size charts, multi-language support, and integration flexibility, targeting merchants selling apparel, footwear, or accessories where size is a critical factor. UpMagic, on the other hand, centers on creating an interactive shopping experience through virtual try-on technology, addressing purchase hesitation and boosting buyer confidence. UpMagic's core strength is its AI-powered virtual try-on functionality and features such as email capture for marketing and analytics for product insights. It primarily targets fashion retailers aiming to increase engagement and conversion rates by allowing customers to visualize themselves wearing products. The apps share a high rating, but Jotly's larger number of reviews suggests a more established user base and a broader appeal, whereas UpMagic represents a more novel and specialized solution.

Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with size-related returns in 2026, Jotly Size Charts & Size Guide is the clearer choice. Its robust size chart creation and customization features directly address this problem. The greater number of reviews suggests wider adoption and proven effectiveness. However, for fashion retailers focused on providing a cutting-edge, interactive shopping experience and increasing buyer confidence, UpMagic AI Virtual Try On is the better option. Its AI-powered try-on functionality offers a unique value proposition that can differentiate a store from its competitors, albeit with potentially higher implementation complexity and a smaller initial user base.
