JTL ERP‑Connector vs Synkro: Inventory Syncfor Shopify (2026)
JTL ERP‑Connector and Synkro: Inventory Sync both address inventory management needs for Shopify merchants, but they cater to vastly different use cases and levels of operational maturity. JTL ERP‑Connector, indicated by its German headline "Handel zentral steuern" (Control trade centrally), targets merchants already using the JTL-Wawi ERP system. It focuses on integrating this ERP with Shopify, facilitating automated data exchange, order import, and process automation, positioning itself as a solution for multichannel Vertrieb (multichannel sales) within the JTL ecosystem. Synkro: Inventory Sync, on the other hand, appears to be designed for merchants managing multiple Shopify stores, irrespective of external ERP systems. Its strength lies in real-time synchronization of inventory, products, and orders across these stores. Features like product cloning and custom pricing rules highlight its suitability for merchants seeking streamlined multi-store management and dynamic pricing strategies. The strong positive reviews and focus on user support indicate a commitment to ease of use, a stark contrast to the limited data available for JTL ERP-Connector.

Our Verdict
For merchants deeply invested in the JTL-Wawi ERP system and seeking to integrate it with their Shopify store, JTL ERP‑Connector *might* be a viable option, despite the extremely low rating. However, given the lack of positive user feedback and the potential complexity of ERP integration, caution is strongly advised.
For merchants managing multiple Shopify stores who need effortless synchronization of inventory, products, and orders, Synkro: Inventory Sync is the clear winner. The significantly higher rating, substantial number of positive reviews, and explicit focus on multi-store management make it the far more reliable and user-friendly choice. Its features like product cloning and custom price rules provide added value for merchants seeking to optimize their multi-store operations.
