Our Verdict
If a merchant is struggling with converting existing traffic into sales and wants to leverage the power of social proof, Judge.me Product Reviews App is the superior choice. Its high rating and large number of reviews, coupled with features like unlimited review collection and syndication, make it a powerful tool for building trust. However, if the primary goal is to improve organic search rankings and drive more traffic to the store, Plug in SEO ‑ Smart SEO Audits would be the more appropriate app.
While both contribute to the overall success of a Shopify store, they address different aspects of it. A mature store would likely benefit from using both, but a store owner with limited resources should prioritize based on their biggest challenge: low conversion rates or low traffic.
