Our Verdict
For established Shopify stores seeking a proven and widely-used review solution, Junip appears to be the safer choice, thanks to its larger review volume which provides more confidence of a tried-and-tested solution. However, for newer stores or those that specifically prioritize collecting visual user-generated content, offering purchase incentives for reviews, and utilizing Q&A to boost customer confidence, Reviews Junction is a strong contender. If you want to quickly gather some testimonials with photo/video, and you're comfortable with a smaller user base, Reviews Junction seems great. Junip's established user base and likely feature parity (but without the incentive mentioned on Review Junction) makes it generally more appealing for most stores.

Which app provides better customer support?
This cannot be determined based on the provided data. Consider checking independent reviews specifically mentioning customer support experiences for both apps.
Does Junip offer photo and video reviews?
It's impossible to confirm based on the provided information. Review Junction explicitly highlights this feature, which Junip does not in the data.
Is Reviews Junction riskier to choose since it has fewer reviews?
