Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a proven solution with a robust feature set and large user base, Junip appears to be the safer choice, even without knowing its exact features. Its high review count indicates a solid product. However, ReviewsYard might be more appealing for merchants who prioritize ease of use, automated review requests, and using incentives to boost review acquisition, particularly if they're just starting out and want a simpler, more focused app.
