Our Verdict
For merchants experiencing significant losses due to COD fraud and high RTO rates, especially in regions where OTP verification is common (India, Pakistan, Philippines, Egypt), OTP ‑ CoD Order Verification is the clear winner. Its focus on verifying orders before dispatch directly addresses this pain point. JustCOD, while lacking reviews, could be a better fit for merchants needing granular control over their COD offering, allowing them to implement custom fees, selectively hide COD based on customer behavior, and customize the checkout experience. Ultimately, the choice depends on the specific challenges a merchant faces with COD. The lack of reviews for JustCOD is a significant risk factor.
