JustCOD (Cash on Delivery) vs WEBI ‑ LeadForm Order Form CODfor Shopify (2026)
JustCOD (Cash on Delivery) and WEBI - LeadForm Order Form COD are both Shopify apps targeting merchants using Cash on Delivery (COD) payment methods. However, they offer significantly different functionalities and cater to distinct needs. JustCOD focuses on robust COD management, aiming to control and optimize the COD process by offering features such as custom fees, conditional display of COD based on customer attributes, and fraud prevention. Its core value proposition is maximizing COD profitability and minimizing risks. WEBI - LeadForm, on the other hand, provides a more comprehensive solution that includes a customizable COD order form with a broader range of features beyond just COD management, such as upsells, abandoned order recovery, pixel integrations, and Google Sheets synchronization. WEBI - LeadForm positions itself as an all-in-one solution to increase conversion rates with COD by enhancing the checkout experience and boosting average order value, making it suitable for merchants looking for more than just basic COD controls. In contrast, JustCOD targets merchants who are primarily concerned with granular COD controls and minimizing associated risks like fraud and return rates. The vastly different rating and review counts also suggest WEBI - LeadForm has a more established user base and possibly a more seamless onboarding experience, though JustCOD might offer deeper fine-grained control for specific COD scenarios.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with tightly controlling their COD process, adding fees, and blocking fraudulent orders, JustCOD (Cash on Delivery), despite its lack of reviews, might offer the targeted functionality they need. However, the absence of any user feedback raises concerns about its reliability and ease of use. On the other hand, WEBI - LeadForm Order Form COD is the clear choice for merchants seeking a comprehensive solution to optimize their COD process, boost conversion rates, and increase average order value. Its high rating and numerous reviews indicate a more established product with a broader range of features to enhance the overall checkout experience.
Given the lack of reviews for JustCOD, it's difficult to recommend it without further validation. Merchants should proceed with caution and thoroughly test the app before relying on it. WEBI - LeadForm presents a less risky option with proven user satisfaction.
