Justt ‑ Win More Chargebacks vs Segments Analytics by Treslfor Shopify (2026)
Justt ‑ Win More Chargebacks and Segments Analytics by Tresl represent vastly different approaches to workflow automation on Shopify. Justt focuses on automating the chargeback recovery process, aiming to improve win rates and recover revenue for merchants facing chargeback disputes. Its strength lies in its claims of using machine learning and personalization to build dynamic arguments, tailored to each chargeback case. The app aims to be a hands-off solution, handling all chargebacks regardless of the reason, supporting various payment gateways. However, the lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating raise serious questions about its real-world performance. Segments Analytics by Tresl, on the other hand, targets marketers seeking to leverage customer data for more effective campaigns. Its focus is on analyzing raw data and translating it into actionable insights through AI-generated segments and natural language querying. Its strength lies in providing immediate value with pre-built segments and integrations with popular marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Meta, and Google. It is geared towards merchants who need data-driven marketing insights and effective customer segmentation. Tresl enjoys a perfect 5/5 rating and 60 reviews, suggesting a proven track record and user satisfaction.

Our Verdict
Segments Analytics by Tresl, based on its strong rating and positive reviews, is the clearly superior choice for Shopify merchants in 2026 who prioritize data-driven marketing and customer segmentation. Its proven track record and integrations with popular marketing platforms make it a safer and more reliable option.
Justt ‑ Win More Chargebacks, while potentially useful for merchants struggling with chargebacks, is a significantly riskier choice due to its lack of reviews and 0/5 rating. Merchants should proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly investigate the app's functionality and support before committing to it. If a merchant is experiencing significant chargeback issues and the app's zero-risk trial is truly risk-free, it might be worth investigating, but only after significant due diligence.
