K: Contact Form Builder + AI vs My File Fieldfor Shopify (2026)
K: Contact Form Builder + AI and My File Field both aim to enhance Shopify contact forms, but they cater to drastically different needs. K: Contact Form Builder + AI is a comprehensive solution for building custom forms from scratch, offering a drag-and-drop interface, various templates, and integrations with marketing platforms. Its strength lies in creating diverse and engaging forms, including multi-step and popup forms, making it ideal for lead generation and customer engagement strategies. In contrast, My File Field offers a very specific feature: adding a file attachment option to existing native Shopify contact forms. It focuses solely on enabling file uploads, targeting merchants who require this functionality but are otherwise satisfied with their existing contact form setup. While both apps boast a perfect 5/5 rating, the significant difference in the number of reviews (21 for K: Contact Form Builder + AI versus 1 for My File Field) suggests a much larger user base and potentially more established presence for K: Contact Form Builder + AI. The key differentiator is the scope of functionality: K: Contact Form Builder + AI provides an entire form building solution with customization and integrations, while My File Field offers a single, but potentially crucial, addition to the standard Shopify contact form. Therefore, the choice depends entirely on the merchant's needs: do they want a complete form builder, or just the ability to accept file uploads?

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a complete solution for building custom contact forms, generating leads, and integrating with marketing automation tools, K: Contact Form Builder + AI is the clear winner. Its comprehensive features, templates, and integrations offer a wide range of possibilities for engaging with customers and collecting valuable data. However, if the only requirement is to enable file attachments on an existing native Shopify contact form, then My File Field provides a simpler and more direct solution. It avoids the complexity of a full form builder and focuses solely on the file upload functionality. My File Field is a niche solution for a specific problem, whereas K: Contact Form Builder + AI aims to be a more universal contact form solution.
