Our Verdict
Choosing between these apps depends heavily on the merchant's needs. If a merchant is exclusively using Vimeo and wants a visually appealing gallery to showcase their videos, K: Vimeo Video Gallery + AI might be suitable, provided they are comfortable with a single review as validation. However, given the far higher number of reviews and focus on shoppable video + UGC, Moast Shoppable Videos & UGC is likely a safer and more versatile option for most merchants looking to drive sales and engagement through video content. The lack of explicit Vimeo support in the Moast description is the biggest caveat; merchants reliant solely on Vimeo would need further investigation.
Ultimately, the review count for Moast suggests it is a more proven and widely-used solution. The shoppable video capability also gives it a clear advantage for merchants prioritizing conversions over pure aesthetic display.
