Our Verdict
The choice between Kaching AI Slide Cart Drawer and TermsBee depends entirely on the merchant's priorities. If the primary goal is to increase AOV through strategic cart optimization and upsells, Kaching AI is the clear winner. Its features are specifically designed to boost sales. However, if the main concern is legal compliance and protecting the business from potential chargebacks by ensuring customers agree to terms and conditions, then TermsBee is the more suitable choice. Smaller review count should be considered, but this app could be a great fit for merchants needing the checkbox feature in 2026.
Common Questions
Can Kaching AI Slide Cart Drawer help with legal compliance?
While Kaching AI can improve the shopping experience, it doesn't directly address legal compliance like TermsBee does. It's designed to increase sales, not handle legal requirements.
Can TermsBee help increase AOV?
TermsBee's primary function is compliance, not sales. It doesn't have features to directly increase AOV, though ensuring legal compliance can build customer trust, which might indirectly help sales.
Which app is easier to set up?
Both apps claim easy setup, but Kaching AI emphasizes UX and no coding, suggesting a possibly smoother initial experience for users less comfortable with technical details. TermsBee also claims quick setup.
Are both apps compatible with all Shopify themes?
While both claim compatibility, you should always test thoroughly with your specific theme to ensure proper functionality and appearance. TermsBee mentions 2.0 compatibility.
If I already have a Terms and Conditions page, do I need TermsBee?
Yes, if you need to actively log when a customer agreed to those terms. A simple Terms and Conditions page doesn't provide that functionality, but TermsBee does by logging the date/time.
