Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants deeply integrated with Klaviyo and seeking to extend their Klaviyo flows to web push notifications, Kaypush might be a suitable option, assuming future development and user feedback address the current lack of reviews. However, given the absence of user reviews and the reliance on a third-party platform (Klaviyo), it presents a higher risk. PushEngage Web Push & WhatsApp, with its higher rating, user reviews, and broader multichannel capabilities, is a more reliable choice for most merchants, particularly those aiming for a comprehensive re-engagement strategy across web, app, and WhatsApp. The dedicated support for Shopify Plus stores further enhances its appeal for larger businesses.
