Kaypush vs RocketPush: WhatsApp, Web Pushfor Shopify (2026)
Kaypush and RocketPush: WhatsApp, Web Push offer web push notification solutions for Shopify stores in 2026, but they target different needs and user experience levels. Kaypush is positioned as a web push notification solution that *requires* integration with Klaviyo. It leverages Klaviyo's segmentation and flow capabilities to deliver personalized web push notifications based on customer data already present in Klaviyo. This suggests a target audience of merchants already heavily invested in the Klaviyo ecosystem. RocketPush, on the other hand, combines web push with WhatsApp functionality and has a significantly better track record with a 5/5 rating based on 5 reviews. The primary difference lies in the core functionality. Kaypush solely focuses on web push within the Klaviyo framework. RocketPush broadens the scope to include WhatsApp messaging in addition to web push, potentially offering wider reach. The lack of reviews for Kaypush compared to the positive reviews for RocketPush suggests that Kaypush may be a newer app or is facing user adoption challenges. Merchants should consider their existing marketing automation setup and desired communication channels when selecting between the two.

Our Verdict
RocketPush: WhatsApp, Web Push appears to be the safer choice for most merchants. Its positive rating and inclusion of WhatsApp messaging offer a more versatile communication strategy. The lack of data on RocketPush's specific automation capabilities compared to the Klaviyo focus of Kaypush is the main caveat.
Merchants deeply invested in Klaviyo and seeking to exclusively leverage it for web push personalization would consider Kaypush, *if* they are willing to take a risk on an unproven app. However, the lack of any reviews is a significant red flag. For everyone else, including those looking for broader channel coverage and a solution with demonstrated user satisfaction, RocketPush is the better option.
