Our Verdict
Kea Labs: Smart Search, despite lacking reviews at the moment, is the better option for Shopify merchants seeking a highly customizable, AI-driven search solution for a general product catalog. It is ideal for stores with complex search requirements, a large number of products, and a desire for personalized support. However, the lack of user reviews presents a significant risk. SearchAuto: Fitment Lookup is the clear choice for retailers selling automotive parts and accessories. Its specialized fitment lookup functionality, combined with support from automotive eCommerce veterans, addresses the unique challenges of this market. The perfect 5/5 rating (although based on a small sample of reviews) signals that merchants specializing in automotive products are very satisfied with it.
