KILATECH Currency Converter vs RP ProMap ‑ Store Locatorfor Shopify (2026)
KILATECH Currency Converter and RP ProMap ‑ Store Locator, while both categorized under 'Internationalization - Other' on Shopify, serve entirely different purposes. KILATECH Currency Converter focuses on adapting your store's pricing to international customers' currencies, while RP ProMap assists customers in finding physical store locations or suppliers. RP ProMap is clearly aimed at merchants with physical retail presences or those managing a supplier network, offering features like bulk location import and customizable map visuals. The large difference in review count suggests that RP ProMap addresses a more common need among Shopify merchants than a currency converter. The currency converter might be more useful for stores that sell digital products internationally or have a high percentage of international visitors that get confused with pricing.
