Our Verdict
The choice between Kim and Relocate+ Order Editor depends entirely on the merchant's priorities. If the primary concern is managing a high volume of customer inquiries and streamlining support operations with AI assistance, then Kim: AI Helpdesk & live chat is the more suitable option. Its free helpdesk offering is particularly attractive for budget-conscious businesses. Conversely, if the goal is to minimize order-related support tickets and returns by providing customers with self-service order editing capabilities, Relocate+ Order Editor is the clear winner. The integration with ShipStation and Recharge also adds value for merchants using those platforms. While both apps have a 5-star rating, Relocate+'s significantly higher number of reviews provides a higher level of confidence.
