Our Verdict
While Klaviyo's higher rating and larger review count suggest strong user satisfaction, Mailchimp's AI-powered features and emphasis on data integration might appeal more to merchants looking for advanced personalization capabilities and needing to manage large and diverse customer data. If a merchant values ease of use and a proven track record within the Shopify ecosystem, Klaviyo is a safe bet. However, if the merchant requires integration with numerous third-party platforms and wants AI-driven recommendations to improve their marketing efforts, Mailchimp appears to be the stronger contender.
