Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with understanding their customers and optimizing marketing efforts based on data, KNO Post Purchase Surveys is the clear choice. Its focus on attribution, pre-built templates, and actionable insights makes it ideal for businesses looking to leverage zero-party data. However, for merchants prioritizing operational efficiency, time-saving, and automating routine tasks, Workflow Automation—React Flow is the superior option. Its workflow builder and extensive integrations allow businesses to streamline various processes, freeing up resources for other strategic initiatives. If a merchant is on a tight budget and only needs ONE app, Workflow Automation may provide more immediate value through its efficiency gains.
