Kopia ‑ Import & Copy Products vs MyShop ‑ XML & RSS Export Feedfor Shopify (2026)
Kopia ‑ Import & Copy Products and MyShop ‑ XML & RSS Export Feed, while both falling under the 'Store data importer' category, serve fundamentally different purposes and cater to distinct merchant needs. Kopia focuses on facilitating the internal duplication of product listings within a Shopify store, aiming to streamline catalog expansion by quickly copying existing product details. It positions itself as an alternative to apps like Poky and Kopy, highlighting its ability to instantly replicate product pages, images, descriptions, and variants using features like bulk copy and AI-powered translation. MyShop, on the other hand, is geared towards external product distribution, enabling merchants to syndicate their product information to marketplaces, shopping engines, and dropshipping partners via XML and RSS feeds. The core difference lies in their intended application: Kopia is for merchants seeking internal catalog management and rapid product entry, potentially useful for stores with large or rapidly changing inventories. MyShop is for merchants focused on expanding their reach and automating product updates across external sales channels, offering features like automated Pinterest catalog sync and customizable XML feeds for various platforms. The drastically different ratings and review counts (0/5 with 0 reviews for Kopia vs. 5/5 with 9 reviews for MyShop) also strongly suggest significantly different levels of user satisfaction and adoption as of 2026.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with rapidly expanding their internal Shopify product catalog, and potentially leveraging AI for translation, Kopia might seem appealing *if* it can address its lack of reviews and address the usage permission issue. However, the lack of reviews is a significant red flag.
MyShop is the clear choice for merchants who need to syndicate their product information to external marketplaces, shopping engines, dropshipping partners, or Pinterest. Its 5-star rating and existing reviews indicate a level of reliability and user satisfaction that Kopia lacks. The automation features for Pinterest and the customizable XML feeds offer valuable time savings and improved reach for these merchants. Unless Kopia's unique capabilities outweigh the significant risk implied by its poor rating, MyShop is the stronger recommendation for distribution and product feed needs.
