Our Verdict
Given the stark difference in their functionalities, the choice between Kount and Zigpoll Customer Surveys depends heavily on the merchant's specific needs. Kount is suitable for merchants facing significant fraud risks, dealing with high-value transactions, or operating in industries prone to chargebacks. Zigpoll Customer Surveys, on the other hand, is ideal for merchants focused on understanding their customer base, improving customer experience, and optimizing their marketing efforts through data-driven insights. The significantly higher rating and larger number of reviews for Zigpoll suggests it's a more reliable and popular option for its intended purpose. Kount's low rating and limited reviews raise concerns that merchants should investigate before choosing it.
