Our Verdict
For merchants needing real-time alerts about key metrics like revenue or inventory, Kroolert *could* be a solution, but the lack of reviews makes it a risky choice. A merchant willing to experiment might consider it, but they should proceed cautiously. WeSupply Returns & Exchanges is the far safer bet for businesses struggling with managing returns. The high rating and positive reviews indicate that it effectively solves a common e-commerce pain point.
Ultimately, the choice depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If returns and exchanges are a significant challenge, WeSupply is the clear winner. If real-time KPI monitoring is the priority and a merchant is willing to gamble on an unproven app, Kroolert might be considered, but only after thorough research and a clear understanding of the risks.
