Our Verdict
For Italian-speaking merchants seeking a straightforward solution for order updates, abandoned cart recovery, and personalized promotions via WhatsApp, Kuba Labs is a compelling choice, especially if direct WhatsApp support is valued. However, the low number of reviews should be considered. WAX: marketing on WhatsApp, with its higher review count and focus on marketing campaigns, conversational flows, and GDPR compliance, is a safer and potentially more robust option for a broader merchant base, particularly those concerned with European data privacy regulations and seeking integrations with existing support systems.
