Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with high RTO rates and seeking a comprehensive solution to optimize their checkout experience, Kwik COD & Checkout is likely the better choice. Its robust COD blocking features, incentives for prepaid orders, and extensive integrations make it a powerful tool for managing COD and improving overall conversion rates. However, for merchants who prioritize simplifying the order process and gaining granular control over COD visibility, Progus COD (Cash on Delivery) offers a compelling solution. Its 1-Click order form can significantly boost conversions, while its smart COD rules provide precise control over who can pay COD. The larger number of reviews for Kwik COD also suggests a more established user base and potentially more reliable performance, but Progus COD's perfect rating, albeit with only a few reviews, warrants consideration for its targeted features.
