KwikPass: OTP‑login & Popups vs ∞ Password Page + Lock Pagesfor Shopify (2026)
KwikPass: OTP‑login & Popups and ∞ Password Page + Lock Pages address different aspects of user access and engagement on a Shopify store. KwikPass focuses on identifying and engaging new visitors through phone-first SSO login and interactive pop-ups, aiming to increase sales and capture leads. It uses OTP for quick logins and features like 'Spin the Wheel' to incentivize actions. ∞ Password Page + Lock Pages, on the other hand, specializes in restricting access to specific pages or sections of the store using passwords, customer tags, or login requirements. This is geared towards merchants who need to control access to B2B catalogs, VIP drops, or exclusive content. KwikPass aims to convert anonymous visitors into identifiable leads and retain them through interactive engagement. Its strength lies in customer acquisition and driving conversions through gamified popups. ∞ Password Page + Lock Pages offers a more focused solution for content protection and controlled access. Its core value is providing granular control over who sees specific parts of the Shopify store, functionality missing from Shopify's default password protection. Choosing between them depends on whether the primary goal is boosting sales through wider audience engagement or securing specific content for select audiences.

Our Verdict
If a merchant's goal is to increase sales by engaging new visitors, identifying leads, and incentivizing purchases through interactive pop-ups and streamlined logins, KwikPass: OTP‑login & Popups is the better choice. The focus is on customer acquisition and conversion.
However, if the primary need is to restrict access to specific pages, products, or collections for exclusive content, B2B catalogs, or VIP drops, then ∞ Password Page + Lock Pages is more appropriate. It offers granular control over store access and allows merchants to password-protect specific parts of their store. The smaller number of reviews suggests it may be newer or serve a more niche audience.
