KwikPass and Store as IDP-SSO Login to Apps both address Shopify login and user management, but cater to distinctly different needs. KwikPass focuses on optimizing the initial visitor experience and converting them into identifiable, engaged customers within a single Shopify store. It uses phone-based OTP logins and interactive pop-ups like 'Spin the Wheel' to capture attention, gather data, and incentivize purchases. Store as IDP-SSO, on the other hand, targets merchants managing multiple Shopify stores or relying on external applications and communities integrated with their Shopify ecosystem. Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with improving conversion rates and capturing leads *within* their single Shopify store, KwikPass is the stronger choice. Its interactive pop-ups and phone-based login offer immediate engagement and data capture opportunities. However, if the merchant manages multiple Shopify stores or utilizes external platforms like Thinkific, WordPress, Invision, or Circle.so, Store as IDP-SSO Login to Apps is essential. The SSO functionality it provides dramatically improves the user experience and simplifies access management across these interconnected platforms. Consider KwikPass for *customer acquisition* and Store as IDP-SSO for *ecosystem management*.
