KwikPass: OTP‑login & Popups vs VerifyItfor Shopify (2026)
KwikPass: OTP‑login & Popups and VerifyIt both leverage OTP technology, but serve fundamentally different purposes within a Shopify store. KwikPass aims to streamline the customer login process and enhance engagement using OTP-based Single Sign-On (SSO) and interactive pop-ups. It focuses on identifying new visitors, incentivizing actions with features like "Spin the Wheel," and retaining exit intent to drive conversions. Conversely, VerifyIt is laser-focused on preventing fraudulent Cash On Delivery (COD) orders by verifying customer legitimacy through OTP verification after order placement. KwikPass targets merchants looking to improve user experience, capture leads, and boost sales through proactive engagement. Its features emphasize identifying shoppers early in their journey and personalizing their experience. VerifyIt, on the other hand, is tailored for merchants who frequently experience fake COD orders and need a reliable solution to mitigate losses associated with such orders. The apps differ significantly in their scope, with KwikPass addressing a broader range of customer interaction points while VerifyIt concentrates solely on COD order verification. Because the apps have distinctly different purposes, both can be useful additions to a Shopify store, but merchants should be aware that they fulfill different needs and should choose accordingly.

Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with fake Cash On Delivery orders, VerifyIt is the clear choice, offering a direct solution to a specific problem. Its single function is to verify COD orders through OTP. However, given the lack of reviews, merchants might want to test it thoroughly. KwikPass is suitable for merchants aiming for an enhanced user experience and lead generation strategies. Its focus on SSO login and interactive pop-ups makes it a more versatile tool for boosting sales. Its 5/5 rating and 72 reviews suggest a higher level of user satisfaction. Overall, the choice depends entirely on the merchant's primary objective: fraud prevention (VerifyIt) or user engagement and lead generation (KwikPass).
