Lably—Product Labels & Badges vs Magic Menu & Storiesfor Shopify (2026)
Lably—Product Labels & Badges and Magic Menu & Stories both aim to enhance the visual appeal of a Shopify store and ultimately increase sales. However, they approach this goal with different strategies. Lably focuses on product-specific promotions, allowing merchants to create eye-catching labels and badges to highlight discounts, new arrivals, or seasonal campaigns directly on product images and pages. This is ideal for merchants looking to boost specific product lines or promotions. Magic Menu & Stories, on the other hand, centers on improving store navigation with an interactive, icon-based menu system designed to reduce bounce rate and improve the overall user experience. The key difference lies in their scope: Lably focuses on product-level visual marketing, emphasizing targeted promotions. Magic Menu prioritizes store-wide navigation and user engagement by creating a better site experience through an interactive menu. Lably gives the merchant a wide range of options for customizing product presentation, including the ability to create dynamic labels based on stock or price. In contrast, Magic Menu specializes in building an attractive and user-friendly main menu that encourages browsing and reduces bounce rates.
