Lably—Product Labels & Badges vs Shoplift ‑ A/B Testing & CROfor Shopify (2026)
Lably—Product Labels & Badges and Shoplift ‑ A/B Testing & CRO, while both impacting the design of a Shopify store, serve distinctly different purposes and target merchants with different priorities. Lably focuses on visually enhancing product presentations through customizable labels and badges. Its strength lies in providing pre-designed assets and customization options that aim to attract customer attention and highlight promotions or product features. This makes it appealing to merchants looking for a simple, visually-driven method to increase conversions by showcasing product attributes or current offers. Shoplift, on the other hand, is a sophisticated A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tool. It empowers merchants to systematically experiment with different aspects of their store, from product page layouts and pricing to entire theme variations. Shoplift's value lies in data-driven decision-making, enabling merchants to identify which changes demonstrably improve key metrics like conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and revenue per visitor (RPV). It appeals to merchants seeking a scientific approach to optimizing their store performance through iterative testing and data analysis. The 'Lift Assist' feature attempts to make A/B testing more accessible to non-technical users.
