Lantern Loyalty & Rewards vs Loyoly ‑ Loyalty and Referralfor Shopify (2026)
Both Lantern Loyalty & Rewards and Loyoly ‑ Loyalty and Referral aim to boost customer loyalty and retention for Shopify merchants. However, they appear to cater to different segments. Loyoly positions itself as a next-generation loyalty program that goes beyond traditional points for purchases. It emphasizes collecting User Generated Content (UGC), customer reviews, and encouraging engagement through a variety of 'missions' (40+ available). Lantern Loyalty & Rewards, based on the limited data, has less established market traction and its specific strengths are not as easily discernable. Loyoly’s focus appears to be on brands seeking comprehensive loyalty programs that actively engage customers beyond mere transactions, turning them into active brand ambassadors.

Our Verdict
Given the limited data on Lantern Loyalty & Rewards, Loyoly ‑ Loyalty and Referral appears to be the stronger choice for most merchants. Its high number of reviews, specific feature set geared towards UGC collection, and emphasis on brand ambassadorship make it a compelling option for brands looking to actively engage their customers and leverage social proof. Lantern Loyalty & Rewards might be suitable for merchants who prefer a new app and are willing to take a chance on a less-established platform, or who have extremely simple loyalty program needs. However, with such limited information, it's difficult to make a confident recommendation without further data.
