Our Verdict
Choosing between LC | Easy Account Creation and Outfy depends entirely on your business priorities. If your primary goal is to improve customer account creation rates, particularly for Shopify Plus stores, LC | Easy Account Creation is the clear choice. The zero-redirect signup and simple activation workflow are designed to boost conversions. However, if your focus is on automating and streamlining your social media marketing efforts, then Outfy is the better option. They essentially serve different functions, so a merchant might need both, or only one, based on their business goals.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
LC | Easy Account Creation likely has a simpler setup process due to its focus on a single task (account creation) with a 'Simple Activation Workflow'. Outfy, with its broader range of features for social media management, likely requires more configuration.
Which app is better for larger Shopify Plus stores?
LC | Easy Account Creation explicitly mentions Shopify Plus integration, making it a potentially better fit for larger stores on that platform looking to capture accounts at checkout. Outfy can be utilized by Shopify Plus and any smaller merchant.
Which app will directly impact sales revenue?
Both apps can potentially impact sales, but in different ways. LC | Easy Account Creation contributes by potentially capturing more customers for future marketing efforts (e.g., email marketing to registered users). Outfy does it directly through enhanced social media presence and engagement.
Is either app a replacement for email marketing software?
Neither app replaces email marketing software. LC | Easy Account Creation helps *grow* your email list, while Outfy focuses on social media engagement. You still need a dedicated email marketing platform for sending campaigns.
How does the review count affect which app to choose?
While LC | Easy Account Creation boasts a perfect rating, the significantly lower review count (4) compared to Outfy (399) suggests that the sample size for LC is much smaller. This makes it harder to definitively assess its long-term reliability and performance. Outfy has more usage data.
