LCD | YouTube Card & Feed vs Trustoo Pop ups, Email Popupsfor Shopify (2026)
LCD | YouTube Card & Feed and Trustoo Pop ups, Email Popups are two Shopify apps competing in the e-commerce space, though with significantly different focuses and apparent traction. Trustoo Pop ups, Email Popups (also known as SendWILL / Ecomsend) is positioned as an all-in-one email marketing and list-building platform, designed to help merchants grow their email list, create and automate email campaigns, and drive sales. It emphasizes ease of use with a drag-and-drop editor and pre-built templates, targeting merchants who want to manage their email marketing directly within Shopify. In stark contrast, LCD | YouTube Card & Feed, at least based on its name, appears to focus on integrating YouTube content into a Shopify store, likely to improve engagement and drive sales through video marketing. However, the complete absence of reviews and a 0/5 rating suggest it's either brand new, hasn't been widely adopted, or may have issues. The Trustoo app boasts a very strong reputation with a 5/5 rating and over 7,000 reviews, indicating widespread satisfaction and a established user base focused on leveraging popups and email marketing.

Our Verdict
Given the available information, Trustoo Pop ups, Email Popups is the clear choice for merchants looking to grow their email list, automate email marketing campaigns, and drive sales through pop-ups and targeted emails. Its high rating, numerous reviews, and feature-rich description provide significantly more confidence. It suits merchants who want an integrated solution for email marketing within Shopify.
LCD | YouTube Card & Feed might be suitable for merchants specifically focused on leveraging YouTube content within their Shopify store. However, the complete lack of reviews and the 0/5 rating make it a risky choice. Merchants should thoroughly investigate this app and its functionality before considering it, and potentially wait until it has established a positive track record. Unless a merchant has a very specific and immediate need for YouTube integration and cannot find another app to fulfill that function, Trustoo is the safer and more feature-rich option.
