Leadify ‑ COD Order Form vs RUBIX Cash on Delivery:COD Feefor Shopify (2026)
Leadify ‑ COD Order Form and RUBIX Cash on Delivery:COD Fee both cater to Shopify merchants using Cash on Delivery (COD) payment methods, but they address different needs. Leadify focuses on simplifying the order process with a customizable order form aimed at quickly capturing leads, potentially suited for merchants prioritizing rapid order capture and specific data collection. RUBIX, on the other hand, emphasizes control and customization of the COD payment option itself, allowing merchants to add fees and manage eligibility based on various conditions. It's designed for businesses that want more refined control over their COD processes. The critical difference lies in their approach. Leadify streamlines the entire checkout experience, offering upsells and features like fake order blocking. RUBIX focuses specifically on the COD payment method, offering features like fee addition, conditional eligibility, and checkout validations. One app focuses on the initial order capture process while the other concentrates on the specifics of the payment method itself after the order is placed. The stark contrast in ratings and number of reviews suggests RUBIX has significantly more validation and a better reputation within the Shopify merchant community at this time.

Our Verdict
RUBIX Cash on Delivery:COD Fee appears to be the stronger choice for merchants seeking to actively manage and optimize their COD payment process, particularly those concerned with profitability through fees, risk mitigation through eligibility rules, and creating a smooth checkout experience. The significantly higher rating and number of reviews provide more confidence in its functionality and reliability.
Leadify ‑ COD Order Form could be suitable for merchants primarily focused on quickly capturing leads and using offline payment methods where the standard Shopify checkout is deemed too cumbersome. However, the lack of reviews and a zero rating raise concerns about its usability and overall quality. Merchants considering Leadify should proceed with caution and thoroughly test its functionality before committing to it.
Common Questions
Which app is better for reducing fake COD orders?

Which app is easier to set up?
Both apps claim ease of setup. Leadify claims a "one-click" enablement, suggesting potentially simpler initial configuration. RUBIX claims to be 'simple to set up' but does not provide the same extreme of claim. However, based on reviews, RUBIX is the safer bet
Which app is better for increasing average order value?
Leadify offers Upsell functionality. RUBIX focuses on managing COD payments and doesn't explicitly offer features to increase average order value other than improved customer experience.
Which app should I choose if I only want to add a COD fee?
