LianLian Extention vs Synctrack PayPal Tracking Syncfor Shopify (2026)
LianLian Extention and Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync both aim to automate workflows for Shopify merchants, but they cater to very different payment ecosystems. LianLian Extention focuses on automating the synchronization of tracking information with the LianLian payment service, promising time savings and increased conversion rates through an unspecified add-on service. Its extremely limited number of reviews (2) makes it difficult to gauge its overall effectiveness and reliability. Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync, on the other hand, is specifically built for merchants who heavily rely on PayPal and Stripe. Its strengths lie in automatically syncing tracking information to these platforms, aiming to expedite fund disbursement, reduce disputes, and ultimately build trust with PayPal. Boasting a significantly larger user base (423 reviews) and being a technical PayPal partner, it likely provides more robust support and a greater level of integration with the PayPal ecosystem. Synctrack also offers features catering to merchants using Facebook & Instagram sales channels, and those needing to manage multiple stores, indicating a broader feature set and potentially appealing to larger or more diversified businesses.

Our Verdict
For merchants heavily reliant on PayPal and/or Stripe who prioritize faster access to funds, dispute resolution, and managing tracking across multiple sales channels (including social media), Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync is the clear choice. Its proven track record, PayPal partnership, and comprehensive feature set offer substantial value.
LianLian Extention is only suitable for merchants who specifically use LianLian as their primary payment gateway and require automated tracking synchronization with that service. However, the very low review count makes it difficult to assess its reliability and effectiveness. Unless deeply embedded within the LianLian ecosystem, Synctrack's wider payment gateway support and stronger social proof make it the safer bet for most merchants.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
Based on the provided information, it's difficult to definitively say. However, Synctrack, with its larger user base and PayPal partnership, likely has more comprehensive documentation and support resources, potentially making it easier to set up and use. LianLian Extention's simplicity may also make it easy, but lack of user feedback makes it hard to be sure.
Which app provides better customer support?
Synctrack likely provides better customer support due to its larger user base (423 reviews vs. 2 for LianLian) and its status as a technical PayPal partner. A larger user base typically necessitates more robust support infrastructure.
