Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to enhance their marketing efforts through branded short links and comprehensive analytics, Link Shortener ‑ Pasilobus is the more suitable choice. Its features are specifically designed to improve click-through rates and brand consistency in external marketing campaigns. However, given the single review, proceed with caution and monitor closely.
In contrast, if a merchant's priority is to improve internal team communication and streamline inventory management by adding, managing, and organizing internal notes for the products on their store, then MeApps Product Notes Manager is the clear recommendation. It's tailored for larger teams or those with complex product catalogs. Again, with only one review, thorough testing is recommended before widespread adoption. Neither app is inherently better, they simply serve distinct and separate needs within the Shopify ecosystem.
