Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with optimizing their marketing campaigns and tracking URL performance, Link Shortener ‑ Pasilobus is the better choice. Its simplicity and focus on branded links offer direct control and insightful analytics. However, given the low number of reviews, merchants should proceed with caution and thoroughly test the app.
If the priority is to enhance customer service and drive sales through direct messaging channels like WhatsApp, MyAlice is the superior option. Its comprehensive feature set, including a unified inbox and automated campaigns, is geared toward improving customer engagement and conversion rates. The higher number of reviews, although the rating is lower, provides more insights into user experience and potential issues. MyAlice is also better suited for stores ready to invest in a robust customer service platform, and those that need to migrate from another solution.
