Our Verdict
For large, established omnichannel retailers grappling with managing multiple sales channels and complex inventory, Linnworks may seem appealing. However, the extremely low rating and minimal reviews should be a significant red flag. It should only be considered after extremely careful due diligence and perhaps contacting the two reviewers directly. Workflow Automation—React Flow is a better choice for smaller to medium-sized Shopify merchants seeking to automate specific tasks and improve efficiency in areas like order fulfillment, customer management, and marketing. Its excellent rating and numerous reviews indicate high customer satisfaction and reliability, making it a safer and more practical option for most Shopify users.
