Live Chat & AI ChatGPT : Orka vs Lopaa AIfor Shopify (2026)
Live Chat & AI ChatGPT : Orka and Lopaa AI both fall under the 'Helpdesk' category on Shopify, but they address different aspects of customer support. Orka focuses on proactive engagement, aiming to connect with store visitors in real-time to drive conversions through live chat and potentially product recommendations (implied through the headline). It emphasizes ease of use and seamless integration within the Shopify dashboard. Lopaa AI, on the other hand, positions itself as a comprehensive complaint and query management system, centralizing support interactions from chat, email, and WhatsApp, and integrating with CRMs. Its focus is on efficient and reliable handling of customer issues rather than proactive sales engagement. The primary difference lies in their intended use case. Orka targets merchants looking to boost sales through direct, real-time interaction with site visitors. It appears simpler and more geared towards smaller operations that benefit from immediate customer support. Lopaa AI targets businesses, especially larger ones needing CRM integrations, focused on providing structured complaint resolution and query handling across multiple communication channels. Orka boasts an established reputation (albeit with a small sample size) with a 5/5 rating and 24 reviews, while Lopaa AI currently has no ratings or reviews, presenting a higher level of risk for merchants.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing proactive customer engagement and sales conversion through real-time chat, especially smaller businesses wanting a simple setup, Live Chat & AI ChatGPT : Orka appears to be the better choice, assuming its positive reviews reflect genuine user experiences. The lack of explicit details on its AI features, however, is a potential drawback. Lopaa AI is more suitable for businesses requiring a robust complaint and query management system across multiple channels, particularly those already using a CRM and needing integration. The absence of reviews and ratings for Lopaa AI, combined with its more complex feature set, means merchants should proceed with caution, perhaps waiting for user feedback or opting for a trial period (if available) before committing.
